The agri-business division is headed by Agricorp and consists of agricultural activities across Europe, Africa and Asia, including the cultivation of essential products ranging from import-substitution crops to vanilla, spices and niche products.
The division relies on long-term and sustainable relationships with farmers, growers, customers and partners. We deliver both perishable and processed food products to local markets in Western Africa as well as to international clients worldwide.
Our diversified model and broad range of products reduces our exposure to changes in demand and environmental conditions. We operate in both domestic and international markets at different stages of the agricultural and food supply chain.
We run training programmes on sustainable practices and support the development of local communities. We are also engaged in land restoration and the protection of biodiversity in the regions where we operate.
As well as our significant land assets, we own food processing and packaging facilities in Europe, Africa and Asia. We manage our own brands as well as white-label products.
We work with local teams, build on traditional agri-food production expertise and draw from our international experience to create efficient operations and effective routes to market.
We comply with industry standards for quality and drive continuous improvement in our agricultural and food processing operations, in order to deliver the best end product.
VANILLA & SPICES
We produce essential food products and import substitutions for domestics markets primarily in West Africa.
Our vanilla and spices division produces, procures, processes and exports high quality vanilla and spices.
Through our food division, we cultivate, process and market perishable and canned fruits and vegetables.
